Take a moment each day to appreciate small things, whether it's sunlight, a message from an old friend, a call with family, or a work accomplishment. Write them on colorful post-its and collect them in a transparent jar. Reflect on these moments at the end of the year.
Start your day by making your bed. It's a simple task that sets a positive tone and provides a sense of accomplishment at the end of a long working day.
Dedicate 10 minutes to yoga or stretching in the morning before diving into emails or answering calls. Find a quiet place, use a yoga mat, open a window for fresh air, and stretch your body in various positions.
Enjoy a cup of tea made with raw cacao or fresh ginger root. These ingredients offer excellent nutrients and benefits, including anti-inflammatory properties, lower blood pressure, improved blood flow, and digestive support.
Burn Palo Santo, Bay Leaves, or Sage to purify the air in your room and house. These plants have properties to relax the mind, body, and soul while balancing and removing negative energies.
Grow or take care of plants. Studies show that greenery lowers stress levels in a work environment. Whether indoors or on a balcony, surround yourself with plants. Consider joining a public garden to learn about permaculture.
Include fresh fruits and veggies in your meals. Take a break for lunch, disconnect, and prepare nutritious food.
Wind down by meditating before going to bed. Play relaxing music such as singing birds or sea waves. Close your eyes, clear your mind, and focus on your breath for a few minutes.
